  1. Domestic Shipping (Australia): We offer reliable domestic shipping services using the Australia Post and Courier network. This allows us to deliver your artwork safely and efficiently across Australia. To ensure the utmost protection during transit, we have sourced rigid cardboard packaging. Additionally, we provide the option of a heavy-duty carton, which is virtually indestructible. Once your order is booked, we share tracking data with your customer, enabling them to stay informed about the arrival of their purchase.

  2. International Shipping: Expand your market and reach customers worldwide with our international shipping services. Leveraging the Australia Post and Courier network, we can ship your artwork to destinations around the globe. Whether it's prints in rigid mailing tubes or framed works in premium heavy-duty cartons, we prioritize the safe delivery of your valuable pieces. Tracking data is shared with your customer, allowing them to track their purchase during its journey. Please note that pricing for international shipping is available upon request.

  3. Premium Door-to-Door Service: For customers located in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Northern Rivers, we offer a premium door-to-door artwork transport service. Utilizing our fleet of vans, we ensure the safe and efficient collection or delivery of large and valuable artworks. Our dedicated drivers represent the Empty Studios brand with pride, creating a more personal and professional experience for your customers. For other locations, we partner with highly commended Art Couriers to ensure the secure transportation of your artwork. Pricing for this premium service is available upon request.

Shipping Policy Details:

  • Upon receiving your order, each piece is meticulously printed, hand-framed, and packaged by Empty Studios.
  • Please note that packaged items over 100cm cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
  • It is vital to provide accurate address details when placing your order, including the business name if applicable. Empty Studios cannot be held responsible for undeliverable items due to incorrect delivery addresses.
  • To facilitate smooth delivery, customer phone numbers must be supplied. This enables the courier to contact you in case of any delivery issues. Failure to provide phone numbers may result in undeliverable items and additional redelivery charges.
  • All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you request "authority to leave," please be aware that Empty Studios cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of your parcel.
  • Please note that all art is made-to-order, and production time may take up to 4 weeks. If you have a specific delivery date requirement, please specify it during the ordering process. While we will strive to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee delivery by the specified date.
  • Shipping is conducted through a reliable courier network. Estimated delivery times range from 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • All orders are dispatched from the Empty Studios workshop located in Luscombe QLD 4207, Australia.
