Returns and Damaged Items

All artwork at Empty Studios is custom produced to order. The following information outlines our returns and damage policy.

Change of Mind

As all artwork is produced to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We kindly ask that artwork selections, sizes, and framing options are confirmed prior to placing an order.

Damaged in Transit

While every effort is made to ensure artwork is securely packaged for transport, if your order arrives damaged we will arrange a replacement and manage the claim with our courier partner.

Reporting Damage

To process a damage claim, we require clear photographs of both the external packaging and the damaged artwork. These images are necessary for us to lodge a claim with the courier and organise a replacement.

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours (one business day) of delivery.

Submitting a Claim

Please email all damage claims to hello@emptystudios.com.au and include:

- Your order number
- Your name or business name
- Photographs of the packaging and damaged artwork

Our team will review the information and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
