  1. Change of Mind Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. As each of our prints and frames is custom made to order, we are unable to accommodate returns for personal preference reasons. Therefore, we kindly ask you to choose your items carefully before placing an order.

  2. Damaged in Transit: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged during transit, we are here to assist you. Empty Studios will replace the damaged item and handle returns claims through our trusted courier service. However, it is essential that you follow the necessary procedures for filing a returns claim.

  3. Returns Claim Procedure: To process a returns claim, it is mandatory to provide photo evidence of both the exterior packaging damage and the damage to the item itself. These photos are crucial for us to assess the situation and take appropriate action. Please note that Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.

  4. Submitting a Returns Claim: If you believe your order has been damaged during transit, please forward all necessary Returns Claims to hello@emptystudios.com.au In your email, clearly state the order number, and your name as the client. This information will help us efficiently process your claim and resolve the issue promptly.
