Born in Vietnam and shaped by years in Fargo, North Dakota, Paul now calls the Seattle area home - and it shows in his work. Originally trained in industrial design, he found his way back to painting and completed his BFA at the University of Washington.

Working primarily in acrylics, Paul builds rich texture and depth across subjects ranging from natural scenery to urban cityscapes to modern-day myths. His paintings have found homes in high-end hospitality and residential projects across the country.

Outside the studio, Paul trades brushes for harnesses, chasing the next climb as a committed adrenaline junkie.
