Pamela Munger grew up in Southern California and now lives in rural western Colorado, where the vast skies, mountains, and changing seasons continually inspire her work. Painting began as a creative outlet during her career as an English teacher and soon became a full-time passion.
Working primarily with acrylics, she uses both brushes and palette knives, embracing experimentation with surfaces, techniques, and subject matter. Her style focuses on simplicity, often avoiding fine detail and leaving space for interpretation. Pamela and her husband co-own Misty Mountain Hop Farm, and when she’s not outdoors, she can usually be found painting at her easel.
