Kelly O’Neal is a Dallas-based contemporary abstract artist and designer whose work bridges fine art, interiors, and textiles. Holding a B.F.A. from the University of North Texas, he has spent more than two decades shaping modern spaces through his home furnishings brand, Design Legacy.
